Frequently asked questions
What time do we leave?
We run trips from sunrise to sunset. Early risers can be on location at first light, or catch the last wave as the sun goes down. We always aim to surf the best time of day based on tides, wind and swell.
Where will we go?
That depends first on your surfing ability, then on the forecast for the day. We have access to waves for every level, and travel times range from 10 minutes to an hour each way.
What is included?
Everything you need for a great day on the water or at the beach. If you have a specific request, let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy on all trips. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged in full.
We are a family with young kids. Can we have more than one guide?
Absolutely. If you want a more one-on-one approach or extra peace of mind in the water, we can add guides at $250 per guide per tour.
